The Pilates Reformer machine consists of a bed with springs, a sliding carriage, ropes and pulleys. Pilates Reformers classes are more intense and more dynamic than mat based Pilates classes by adding resistance to the Pilates exercises with springs which form part of the machine.
You can adjust the level of intensity to suit your own needs and best of all the class sizes are small which allows the instructor to give you great feedback on your technique and movements.
