HIIT (High intensity interval training) is an exciting 30 minute small group training program aimed at maximising fat loss while increasing tone and strength.
What is HIIT?
The basis of HIIT training is to hit your maximum effort level within a short period of time - eg 30-60 seconds -then bring your effort level back down to a recovery effort. To maximize, result we recommend using a heart rate monitor. We will be using both cardio and strength equipment to achieve this.

Participants must be 16 years and older to attend HIIT.
