Aqua Bumps is a specifically designed water fitness class for prenatal & postnatal women. It will tone & shape your muscles, maintain flexibility & mobilisation and gently stretch your body whilst also increasing your fitness.
It is a comfortable and fun way for expectant mothers to stay fit during pregnancy. It is also a fantastic way of gently returning to exercise after your baby is born, helping your body recover and strengthen, whilst having fun in a social environment with other expecting or new mums.
Aqua Bumps is suitable for all fitness levels (with your doctor’s consent) and it is the perfect option for women who may be suffering from back, hip or joint pain.
