PRE, DURING AND POST SEASON TRAINING AND RECOVERY SESSIONS
An hour sports recovery session performed in the water to promote recovery of muscle power, muscle soreness and muscle stiffness more quickly than without the water exercise.

- Deep or shallow water
- 1 hour in length
- $185 per team per session. $275 for two sessions.
HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING SESSION
Combination of dryland and water based fitness training session.
- Boot camp
- Spin session
- 1.5 hours in length
- $210 per team per session. $350 for two sessions.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING SESSION
To aid in the development of stronger, faster more powerful athletes.
- Testing - max squat, max bench press, 20m run, beep test, agility run, verticle jump, height/weight/flexibility
- $250 per team session. $425 for two sessions.
