The Centre has several types of Wellness Classes that will help bring a sense of calm and clarity to your life amongst their many other health benefits. See below some of the fantastic Wellness Classes at our Centre and what they have to offer you:

Yoga for Stress Relief

This gentle yoga session have been put together using postures, breathing and meditation practices, that will help relieve stress at physical, mental and emotional level. Pregnancy welcome.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi originates from China and it is one of the oldest healing methods in the world, based on the Yin-Yang balance theory. It is easy to learn and suitable for everyone. The slow and graceful movements of Tai Chi enables you to connect the body and mind, helps you develop balance and flexibility, relieves stress and revitalises life energy.


A flowing practice connecting breath and movement. Designed to increase strength, endurance, and flexibility. Options provided for beginner and intermediate levels.

Points of Balance

Incorporating Yoga, relaxation, breath and mindfulness techniques to help you step away from 'the busyness of doing' and find a more peaceful, calmer life balance. Please bring a blanket and warmer clothes for relaxation. 

Moments of Stillness

Yoga, relaxation, meditation and mindfulness practices to gently guide you into stillness and deep relaxation. Please bring a blanket and warmer clothes for relaxation. 

Sun Salutation

Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, is a series of yoga postures that is performed with breath awareness in a sequence to create a flow. The repeatition of the sequence creates the practise which warms, strengthens, and aligns the entire body.


Focusing on posture, flexibity, strength and breathing, this holistic workout approach incorporates a close connection between mind and body.

Pilates Reformers

Small group classes that are more dynamic than mat classes as the Reformers engage the whole body. It is suitable for all abilities as the machines area fully adjustable. Max 5 per class. Tickets open 60 minutes prior to start time.

Raja Yoga

A balance of stretching and strengthening postures that aim to leave you feeling strong, centred and re-energised, while improving posture, alignment and relieving tension and stress.

Mindful Bliss

Our Mindful Bliss sessions allow participants to relax, recharge & refocus, using the principles of mindfulness & breathwork, enhancing body, mind and soul for clarity and wellbeing. A herbal tea is offered at the completion of each session. Please bring along a blanket (towel) and pillow for comfort.

Dru Yoga 

Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities, the general Dru Yoga session moves participants through this graceful form of yoga based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. Dru Yoga works on body, mind and spirit and may assist participants to improve strength, flexibility and core stability all while deeply relaxing and rejuvenating their whole being.

Dru Yoga Gentle

Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities, this gentle Dru Yoga session aims to support participants to find their own level of comfort and strength within sequences and postures. A regular practice of Dru Yoga may assist to increase strength and flexibility, ease back pain headaches and other physical discomfort, and reduce stress and tension whilst improving energy levels and vitality. 

Hatha Yoga

A slow-paced, gentle style of Yoga that is good for any level. It will help relieve stress and leave you feeling strong and re-energised.  


Controlled breathing & concentration. Combines Yoga, Tai chi & Pilates to create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony & balance.

BodyBalance Express

BodyBalance Express brings all the benefits of BodyBalance into a compact, 30-minute session. A yoga-based class with the focus of improving your mind, body and life. BodyBalance Express will have you leaving the class calm and centred while also strengthening your entire body.
